This guidance is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, tax, or financial advice.
Final decisions regarding applications, approvals, processing times, or eligibility are made solely by the relevant government authorities.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during consultations and communications.
Clients remain solely responsible for submitting their own applications and documentation to the relevant authorities, and for ensuring that all submissions are accurate and complete.
Clients acknowledge that all final decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities.
Clients are responsible for confirming any location specific or consulate specific requirements that may apply to their application and appointment. Requirements may vary between consulates and jurisdictions, and clients are responsible for contacting their relevant consulate or authority to verify current procedures prior to submission. Administrative and procedural requirements (including document formatting, submission methods, and appointment processes) may vary between consulates and are subject to change without notice.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and applying any guidance provided during consultations in accordance with their individual circumstances.
Clients are responsible for meeting all applicable deadlines, requirements, and obligations related to their applications.
LetsGo2Cro does not submit applications on behalf of clients and does not act as a legal representative. Where administrative assistance is provided on behalf of clients, this is done strictly as a facilitator.
LetsGo2Cro is not responsible for the actions, decisions, requirements, or conduct of any government authority, consulate, embassy, or third-party body. This includes, but is not limited to, document requirements, appointment procedures, processing times, and application outcomes.
LetsGo2Cro has no control over and cannot influence how requirements are interpreted or applied by individual consular officers or authorities.
LetsGo2Cro does not guarantee that any application or documentation will be accepted at the time of submission, as acceptance is determined solely by the relevant authority or consular officer.
Power of Attorney and Administrative Representation
Where a client provides LetsGo2Cro with a power of attorney (punomoć) or authorization to act on their behalf, LetsGo2Cro acts solely as an administrative facilitator. LetsGo2Cro does not act as a legal representative and does not provide legal advice or legal services of any kind.
All actions undertaken under a power of attorney are administrative in nature and are performed based on the information and documentation provided by the client.
LetsGo2Cro does not have control over, or influence on, the decisions, interpretations, or requirements of any authority, registry office, consulate, or government body.
LetsGo2Cro does not guarantee acceptance, approval, processing, or outcome of any request, submission, or application made on behalf of a client.
All decisions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant authority, and outcomes may vary depending on individual officers, documentation, procedures, and applicable regulations.
LetsGo2Cro shall not be liable for any refusal, delay, rejection, or requirement imposed by registry office, authority, or official, including cases where requests to amend, correct, or update official records are not accepted.
Clients remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information and documents provided.
Third-Party Services
LetsGo2Cro may assist in managing and coordinating services with Croatian court-certified translators where required for the client’s application process.
All translators engaged are independent third-party professionals.
Prior to proceeding, clients are provided with the translator’s quote and must confirm whether they wish to proceed. Once a client has approved a translator’s quote and work has commenced, translation services are non-refundable.
LetsGo2Cro is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party providers once services have commenced.
LetsGo2Cro facilitates communication and coordination of the process but does not control or supervise the translator’s work and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any translations.
LetsGo2Cro shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or outcomes arising from services provided by the translator.
Delivery of Documents and Postal Services
Where LetsGo2Cro assists with sending, forwarding, or arranging delivery of documents, this is done as a convenience to the client.
LetsGo2Cro does not control the handling, processing, or delivery of documents once they have been dispatched through postal or courier services.
LetsGo2Cro shall not be liable for any loss, delay, damage, misdelivery, or interference with documents caused by postal services, courier providers, or third parties, whether within Croatia or internationally.
This includes, but is not limited to, documents that are lost, delayed, opened, damaged, or not delivered.
Clients acknowledge that all postal and courier services operate independently and at their own risk.
Where tracking or registered delivery options are available, clients are responsible for requesting and covering any associated costs.
Eligibility and Outcomes
Guidance provided by LetsGo2Cro regarding eligibility or application processes is based on the information available and the details provided by the client at the time of consultation.
Eligibility assessments are provided as guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of outcome.
LetsGo2Cro cannot guarantee eligibility, approval of applications, or outcomes of any government decision.
Final determinations regarding citizenship, residency, and all other administrative or regulatory processes are made solely by the relevant government authorities.
Right to Refuse Service
LetsGo2Cro reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion where a client breaches these Terms, behaves in an inappropriate or unreasonable manner, or where continuing to provide services is not feasible.
Consultation Payments
All consultations must be paid in full in advance in order to secure the scheduled appointment time.
Consultations will not proceed unless payment has been received and confirmed prior to the scheduled session.
LetsGo2Cro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations where payment has not been received in advance.
Consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with reasonable notice provided in advance of the scheduled appointment. We kindly request clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Missed appointments or failure to attend without prior notice may result in the consultation being forfeited. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.
Packages and Service Engagement
Package pricing is determined following an initial consultation, once we have assessed the client’s individual circumstances and requirements. This allows us to recommend the most appropriate service package and provide a tailored quotation based on the client’s needs.
Essential and Standard packages must be paid in full upfront to confirm and commence work.
All other service packages require a 50% upfront payment to confirm and commence work. The remaining balance, where applicable, is due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule or prior to completion of services.
LetsGo2Cro reserves the right to pause or withhold further services, delivery of documents, guidance, or administrative support until any outstanding balance has been paid in full.
No work will commence until the required upfront payment has been received and confirmed.
Once a package has been confirmed and payment has been made, services are considered to have commenced and are non-refundable. This includes where work has started, resources have been allocated, or time has been reserved specifically for the client.
If you have any questions about a package before confirming, you are advised to contact LetsGo2Cro prior to payment.
Shop Purchases
LetsGo2Cro may offer digital or physical products through the website shop.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. LetsGo2Cro does not collect or store credit card information.
All digital product purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not provided once a purchase has been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, guides, branding, graphics, and materials, is the property of LetsGo2Cro unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Purchase of digital products does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
