Consultation Bookings

All consultations must be paid in advance to secure the appointment.

Consultations are scheduled specifically for each client and reserved in good faith.

If you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate changes provided reasonable notice is given. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Rescheduling requests should be made by contacting us at: info@LetsGo2Cro.com.

Due to the time reserved exclusively for each client, consultation fees are non-refundable, including in cases of change of mind or dissatisfaction.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the session being considered completed. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.

By booking a consultation, the client expressly agrees that the service begins immediately upon confirmation, including time reservation and preparation, and acknowledges that the right to withdrawal or refund is lost once performance has commenced.

Service Packages

Package pricing is provided after an initial consultation based on individual circumstances and eligibility.

Once a package or service has been confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be provided, as services are considered to have commenced and time, availability, and resources are allocated specifically to the client.

If you have questions about a package before confirming, please contact us prior to payment.

By confirming the package, the client expressly agrees that the service begins immediately and acknowledges that the right to withdrawal or refund is lost once performance has commenced.

Additional Services

Services provided by LetsGo2Cro outside of standard consultations or service packages (including but not limited to document assistance, registry visits, liaison services, administrative support, or case-specific services) are provided on a time, availability, and effort basis.

Fees are charged for time, effort, availability, and administrative support provided, and not for any specific result or outcome.

Once such services have been confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be provided, as services are considered to have commenced and resources are allocated specifically to the client.

By confirming these services, the client expressly agrees that the service begins immediately and acknowledges that the right to withdrawal or refund is lost once performance has commenced.

LetsGo2Cro does not guarantee any specific outcome in relation to these services, including but not limited to document updates, registry changes, or acceptance by any government authority.

All outcomes remain subject to the decisions, processes, and requirements of the relevant authorities.

Translation Services

Translation services provided by third-party Croatian court-certified translators are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Clients are provided with the translator’s quote prior to commencement and must confirm whether they wish to proceed.

LetsGo2Cro facilitates communication and coordination but does not control or supervise the translator’s work and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any translations.

Digital Products (E-Guides)

All e-guides and digital products are delivered electronically.

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once purchased, including in cases of change of mind or where the product does not meet subjective expectations.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Shipping

LetsGo2Cro does not sell physical products and does not offer shipping.

All products are delivered digitally.
